  1. Where is my package? After placing your order, it typically takes 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. If these deadlines have passed and your package hasn't arrived, please contact our customer service.

  2. Where can I find my track & trace code? Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take a while for the Track & Trace link to become active.

  3. How can I track the progress of my order? You can track the progress of your order using the Track & Trace number you received by email. Enter the Track & Trace number on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.

  4. I am not satisfied with my package. You have up to 30 days after receiving your package to return the item (unopened and unused). Consult our refund policy for information about returning your package.
